Workshop participation is subject to the participant attending in person for the full day at the specified location. The certificate of completion is issued on the basis of full-day attendance. Participants are responsible for ensuring they can commit to the full session before registering.
We reserve the right to modify the content, format, or facilitators of any workshop session. Material changes to a confirmed session will be communicated to registered participants in advance.
Participants are responsible for bringing their own reporting materials for the afternoon session. We do not provide example data for the personal work component of the day.
If we need to cancel or reschedule a workshop session, registered participants will be notified by email as soon as possible. In the event of cancellation by us, participants will be offered an alternative session date or a full refund of any registration fee paid.
